Overview
- TL-5150UCL is the Industrial Digital Line Scanner employing CCD linear image sensor with linearly arranged 5,150 photodiodes.
- The photodiodes are scanned at a rate of 40MHz (0.025µsec) each and scanned data are output as video signal. The scanning time per line is 134.2µsec.
- 8 or 10bit digital video output complying with Camera Link (Base configuration)
- GAIN, OFFSET and 8/10 bit format can be easily adjusted by serial communication command.
Features
- The equipment operates with a single DC12V power source.
- The pixel size is large enough (70µm) to obtain high S/N images.
- Reduction in size and weight has been realized by adopting original circuit and mechanism design.
- Simplified exposure control function is incorporated.(at below 3.2kHz in scan rate)
